The Business Development Representative generates sales leads and contacts with the goal of identifying viable business opportunities and establishing and maintaining effective working Generate new business leads via phone and e-mail. Build key customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities. Use knowledge of current market conditions to identify new industries and business opportunities. Identify and engage former and/or inactive clients in Cyrus to generate new business. Source quality candidates through database prospect lists, job postings, referrals, and general applicants. Phone screen candidates to gather information in determining a candidate/client match and assume responsibility for the resolution of calls. Performs extensive work with a computer and a computer screen. Have substantial access to personal information of candidates and customers (including but not limited to address and contact information) as well as customer and company confidential information. High School Diploma or equivalent required. ~Experience working with CRM software is a plus. ~ Demonstrated proficiency using Office Suite 2016 or newer, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome required. ~ Other computer related skills Accountabilityability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
