Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)FSLA: ExemptSupervisory: Client Sales & Recruiting DepartmentsIndustry: Veterinary Relief StatusLocation: Dallas, Texas-Hybrid Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Status: Full Time, Executive Job Summary:The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a senior executive responsible for driving sustainable, scalable revenue growth across all business lines. This leader will own the full growth agenda — from market strategy and business development to data analytics, KPI architecture, and operational performance. The CGO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to identify growth opportunities, optimize existing revenue channels, and restructure operational teams where necessary to meet aggressive growth targets.Duties/Responsibilities:Revenue Growth & Strategy• Develop and own the company's comprehensive growth strategy, with clear, measurable revenue targets across short- and long-term horizons• Identify and pursue new revenue streams, market segments, and partnership opportunities within the veterinary staffing and healthcare staffing landscape• Lead business development efforts including client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and new market entry• Benchmark performance against industry peers and translate findings into actionable strategyAnalytics, KPIs & Performance Management• Build, own, and continuously refine the company's KPI framework — including sales, placement, retention, and operational efficiency metrics• Analyze revenue, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate analytics into executive-level insights and recommendations• Design and manage performance-based compensation and bonus structures aligned to growth objectives• Establish reporting cadences and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into growth performanceOperational Transformation• Assess current operational teams — including recruitment, client sales, and staffing — and lead restructuring or performance improvement initiatives where needed to align with growth goals• Partner with the VP of Human Resources and department heads to build high-performing teams, define role expectations, and implement accountability frameworks• Streamline processes across client acquisition, fulfillment, and retention to reduce friction and increase scalability• Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, recruiting, marketing, and operationsLeadership & Team Management• Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated team of growth-oriented professionals; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance• Set clear goals and provide consistent coaching and feedback to direct reports• Act as a change agent who can earn organizational trust while driving meaningful structural and cultural improvementsQualifications:Required: • 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue growth and strategy leadership roles• Proven, demonstrable track record of driving significant revenue growth at a mid- to large-size company (ideally $25M+ in annual revenue)• Exceptional analytical skills — must be comfortable building and interpreting complex reports, financial models, and KPI dashboards• Experience designing or overhauling compensation structures, bonus frameworks, and performance incentive plans• Demonstrated success leading and transforming operational teams to meet growth objectives• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders• Local to the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex; able to work on-site in a hybrid capacityStrongly Preferred• Background in staffing, workforce solutions, or healthcare services — veterinary or medical staffing experience is a significant plus• Former management consultant with experience in growth strategy, operations, or organizational design• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and business intelligence platforms used in staffing or service-based industries• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, though not required in lieu of exceptional track record Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times. • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
