Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.We are seeking an Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to work at Monte Nido Westchester Day treatment located in White Plains, NY.This is a 1099 position with flexible schedules, working 6-8hours/week.Pay: $60.00-80.00/hour depending on expeirence#LI-HYBRIDTotal Rewards:We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.Responsibilities Include:Conduct initial Psychiatric evaluations.Meet weekly with patients for ongoing follow-up sessions.Maintain current and correct progress notes.Psychotropic medication management.Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed.Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate.Provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning.Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility, and practice within the scope of a PMHNP.Qualifications:Master's Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing on a PMHNP track, at minimum, from an accredited program.Board Certified by the ANCC as PMHNP.Current license as APRN or PCNS, or be license-eligible.Must hold or obtain CPR / BLS certificate prior to providing services.Experience is highly desired#montenidoaffiliates
