D365 F&O Project Manager

A leading manufacturing business is undergoing a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O transformation and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across a complex, multi-site implementation.This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership, driving a full ERP programme from mobilisation through to go-live and optimisation.The RoleYou will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a D365 F&O implementation, ensuring successful execution across scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale D365 F&O programmeDefine project scope, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with business and IT stakeholdersManage cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing workstreams Drive stakeholder engagement, including C-suite and plant leadershipOversee risk, issue, and change management to keep delivery on trackEnsure successful testing, training, and go-live readiness across multiple sitesProvide regular executive reporting on status, risks, and budgetCoordinate with SI partners and third-party vendorsExperience RequiredProven track record delivering D365 F&O or AX implementations as a Project ManagerStrong experience within manufacturing environments (discrete, process, or mixed-mode)Deep understanding of ERP-driven manufacturing processes such as production, inventory, and supply chainExperience managing large, complex transformation programmesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project tooling (e.g. MS Project, DevOps, Jira)
