Job Description The Preschool Teacher is responsible for nurturing the growth and development of toddlers and preschool-aged children in a small class setting of under 10 children. Using a traditional early childhood curriculum, the teacher plans engaging activities, manages behavior, and ensures basic care, supported by teacher assistants.
