Job Title: Generative AI Developer / Generative AI Architect Location: Hartford, CT or Dallas, TX Duration: 12+ MonthsJob Description:Key Responsibilities:AI Solution Design and Architecture:Lead the design and development of generative AI solutions, focusing on ChatGPT (GPT-3, GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Gemini) and other LLM technologies.Create scalable AI architectures that integrate with existing systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and flexibility.Establish best practices for generative AI, including ethical considerations, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.Application Integration:Develop integration strategies for generative AI, including ChatGPT, across business applications.Collaborate with software development teams to facilitate seamless API integration between AI systems and business platforms.Ensure AI models are optimized for real-time interactions and capable of handling the scale of operations.Customization and Optimization:Customize ChatGPT models and AI technologies to meet specific business needs (e.g., customer service automation, data analysis, content generation).Continuously optimize AI models based on performance metrics and user feedback to improve accuracy and effectiveness.Develop workflows and automation solutions that leverage generative AI to enhance decision-making and streamline tasks.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.Present AI use cases, architectures, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.AI Governance and Security:Ensure AI implementations comply with data privacy regulations, security standards, and ethical guidelines.Establish governance frameworks for model lifecycle management, auditing, and compliance.Qualifications:Proven experience working with generative AI technologies like ChatGPT, GPT models, or other LLMs.Strong experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and API integration into applications.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) for AI deployment and integration.Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with OpenAI APIs, fine-tuning GPT models, and developing custom AI solutions.
