Job Title: RN- Clinic/ AmbulatoryDuration: 13+ WeeksLocation: Bronx , NYSchedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (8X5 Days)Schedule Notes: Must be able to work alternating weekends and possible holidays. All positions must be willing to float to a position in other departments in the assigned hospital if necessary.Job Description:Executes nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomesAssesses and systemically collects any data related to patient health status and works in collaboration with the care team to develop the plan of careEvaluates patient's response to plan of care and works in collaboration with the interprofessional team to make any needed adjustmentsUtilizes data to continuously meet care coordination needs across settings in conjunction with the patient, family and/or other care providersAssumes responsibility and accountability for effectively managing nursing care of individual patientsDocuments nursing assessment and interventions to reflect comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care Requirements:Two years of Med/Surg or clinic experience is required. IV insertion and phlebotomy skills are requiredNew York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS.
