Total Rewards Manager

A hospital system in Southern New Hampshire that is looking to hire a Total Rewards Manager on a permanent basis.This role will require on-site work in Nashua, NH at least 2 days/wk.The individual in this role will act in a hands-on capacity managing the benefits and compensation programs for the 2,000 employees of the hospital system as well as managing a team of 4-5.The ideal candidate will have:*Experience working in both compensation and benefits*Some experience working in a hospital/healthcare setting*Previous experience managing people/teams
