About the Opportunity: The Client Technical Analyst plays a key role supporting the main API/Member platform and related services. This position is essential for maintaining smooth operations by providing Tier I support, resolving customer application issues, and ensuring effective communication and documentation. The role contributes directly to helping the organization deliver reliable online credit education and identity protection tools to consumers.3. Responsibilities:Research and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients or membersDevelop and implement SQL queries for issue investigation and analysisExamine error logs and database contents to identify problem causesDocument and implement workaround solutions when possibleRecord steps to reproduce issues for resolution by internal and external teamsCreate and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and technical instructionsManage production and staging support tickets4. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years in development or technical supportBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience supporting sites with API and SDK integrationProficiency with Linux, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, MySQL, and Shell scriptingFamiliarity with Splunk, Data Dog, MuleSoft, and SalesforceUnderstanding of troubleshooting and web technologiesKnowledge of programming and software development conceptsExperience with automation or self-service technologiesStrong critical thinking and consistent customer issue resolution skills5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $57,111 to $98,993 per year6.
