The Social Media Manager will handle the day-to-day management and growth of Brisk It's social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating and executing social media strategies, generating engaging content, creating / filming / streaming new content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring trends, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves fostering meaningful interactions with online communities and ensuring messaging aligns with the brand’s voice.ResponsibilitiesOwn Brisk It’s social media presence across key platformsDevelop and execute organic content strategies that build awareness, engagement, and brand momentumPlan, create, launch, and optimize creative and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and othersGenerate and test creative concepts, messaging, hooks, and ad anglesTranslate product features, customer stories, and market trends into compelling content and campaignsLeverage AI tools to improve ideation, production speed, workflow efficiency, and campaign performanceAnalyze content and campaign performance and apply insights to continuously improve resultsPartner closely with leadership on brand voice, creative direction, positioning, and growth strategyContribute to building a scalable and repeatable growth engine as the company growsQualifications3+ years of experience in social media, growth marketing, paid media, content marketing, or a related roleHands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and budgetsStrong understanding of what drives content performance across modern social platformsAbility to film, create, direct, or edit high-quality content, especially short-form videoExperience using performance data and testing to optimize campaignsFamiliarity with AI tools for content creation, research, workflow automation, or campaign executionStrong communication, judgment, and execution skillsExperience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plusExperience in consumer, food, health, lifestyle, or technology brands is a plusThis Role Would be a Good Fit For:A proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented marketerSomeone who is energized by ownership and comfortable operating with speed and accountabilityA builder who brings ideas forward and turns them into actionA marketer who is equally comfortable thinking creatively and measuring performanceA candidate excited by the opportunity to help shape an emerging category
