Your role will focus heavily on on-site content creation, editing, posting, community engagement, and influencer coordination. You will be embedded in our properties—learning the brand voice, connecting with internal teams, and producing timely and relevant content.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureExecute the social media calendar for assigned properties, ensuring timely and on-brand content across platforms (IG, FB, X, TikTok, etc.)Conduct frequent on-property visits to capture high-quality photo and video content featuring events, F&B, gaming, promotions, entertainment, and guest/team engagementEdit and prepare content for posting across various formats (stories, reels, static posts, short-form video)Act quickly on trends, viral formats, and timely opportunities to keep content fresh and relevantMonitor social channels daily, responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and collaboration requests in a timely and brand-appropriate voiceEngage with property pages and audiences to grow reach and maintain active, authentic conversationsFollow and track relevant influencers; perform outreach for potential collaborationsSupport communication with influencers regarding deliverables, scheduling, and on-property experiencesTrack and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and insightsCompile monthly performance reports for GE Brand Marketing & property teamsUse data to refine strategy and enhance effectiveness of content and posting cadenceBuild strong relationships with property marketing teams, F&B, entertainment, gaming, and operations to stay aligned on upcoming events and storytelling opportunitiesLearn each property's brand voice, goals, promotions, and unique selling pointsAssist with day-of event coverage as neededEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, training, policies and procedures, including Title 31 and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Qualifications1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing; or combination of work experience and education; recent graduates with strong portfolios, internships, or proven passion for social mediaStrong familiarity with major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube, with an enthusiasm for new features and trendsComfortable capturing on-property content—photos, videos, interviews, team moments, events, and promotions—using mobile devices or basic camera equipmentHungry to learn and grow, with a proactive mindset and excitement for hands-on content creation in fast-paced environments.Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to understand and follow established brand voiceComfortable speaking with property teams and interacting with department leadsOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks while adapting quickly to changing needs or trendsBasic proficiency with content editing tools such as:CapCutCanvaAdobe Premiere RushRequirementsWilling to work flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-driven schedules—as content opportunities ariseAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNonePhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 35lbs.Occasionally and/or carry up to 35lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorOutdoorSmokeNoiseBright flashing lightsExtreme HeightsDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
