INEOS Acetyls Texas City, Texas, United States (On-site)This position requires prior experience working within a unionized workforce environment.INEOS Acetyls is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as the senior HR business leader for its U.S. Acetyls operations. This onsite role based in Texas City partners closely with site and business leadership to drive a people strategy that supports safe, reliable, and profitable operations across a multi-site, union and non-union environment.This position carries significant labor relations responsibility, including leading union strategy, collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration management, and maintaining effective relationships with union leadership. The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting operational continuity, compliance, and workforce stability within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.Key focus areas include:Labor & employee relations leadership across union and non-union populationsCollective bargaining strategy, negotiations, and contract administrationWorkforce planning, organizational design, and leadership developmentSafety culture integration aligned with INEOS Life Saving RulesTalent acquisition and workforce development for manufacturing operationsCompensation strategy, workforce analytics, and HR systems optimizationEducation & CredentialsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field strongly preferredProfessional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferredAdditional certifications in labor relations, change management, organizational design, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are a plusAbility to meet TWIC credential requirementsExperience Profile10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentsMinimum 5 years of hands-on labor relations experience, including collective bargaining and contract administrationExperience supporting unionized operations in chemical, refining, petrochemical, or heavy industrial settings strongly preferredThis role is well suited for an HR leader who thrives onsite, builds credibility with both leadership and labor partners, and is comfortable balancing strategic leadership with practical, hands-on execution.
