Interpreting and applying engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents during installation and maintenance activities
Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to implement system modifications and integrate new technologies
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test procedures, maintenance records, and system modifications to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
#LI-TF1FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDINGRequirementsThree plus years experience in an engineering technologist or technician role
One plus years experience shall be related to the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of communication systems, networks, or technologies
Bachelor's degree in in engineering or engineering discipline, computer science or IT discipline, or technical discipline
Demonstrated ability to assemble, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems in strict adherence with contractual and operational specifications
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering schematics, technical drawings, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Skilled in the operation of advanced diagnostic equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators) for effective system analysis and fault determination
Possess an Active DoD Secret Security ClearanceDesired SkillsFamiliarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to support layout and design tasks
Experience with electronic simulation and analysis tools to model system performance and optimize component selection
Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities in a technical team environment, enhancing process efficiency and knowledge transfer
