Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Sacramento, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,101 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/28/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Scrub experience is highly preferred Description: Candidates must have experience in a cardiac cath lab. Scrubbing experience is highly preferred. Candidates should be able to provide information about their scrubbing history, including the last time they scrubbed and the types of cases they have scrubbed. The working hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with required call one night per week and up to every other weekend. The facility has 3 cath lab rooms, and the average case load is 3000 cases per year. Common procedures include diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, TAVR, Mitraclip, and some peripheral vascular cases. The unit is accredited as a chest pain center and acts as a STEMI tertiary referral center. Additional information: rotation of 12-hour shifts and weekend and holiday requirements are applicable. Technical support is available from cardiovascular and radiologic technologists with cath lab experience. A radiation badge will be required. The charting system used is Cerner and Merge Hemodynamics for documentation. Candidates must be prepared to participate in a dynamic, high-acuity environment.
