With a wide range of services and proactive approaches to care, Concentra colleagues provide exceptional service to employers and exceptional care to their employees.The Merchant Services Processor, Treasury is responsible for maintaining merchant payment accounts, handling transaction processing, setting up POS/gateway systems, resolving technical/billing issues for businesses, ensuring data security, and supporting account onboarding and client inquiries, requiring strong customer service, data entry, and problem-solving skills for roles from data entry to technical support.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and service large volumes of merchant services requests with help as needed to ensure timely servicing to internal and external stakeholdersCompile accurate records within master data file and manage to deadlinesManage fees on a monthly basis and pull monthly statementsComplete new merchant services orders for centers and onsites with accuracy and attention to detailSustained focus and attention to detail/accuracy, perform effectively when action is required and meet all requested deadlinesProvide quality customer service to internal/external customersAssist and notify vendors for servicing needs, orders, changes, and maintaining accurate dataMonitor refunds for fraud, maintain master fraud file, and research potential fraudEngage and service proper stakeholders for disputes and chargebacks in a timely mannerPerform assigned responsibilities and tasks according to policies and procedures with assistance as needed within the assigned time frameAssist in building and updating policies and procedures related to merchant servicesMulti-task and take on new responsibilities without loss of continuityPerform other specialized tasks as assigned when required deadlinesAssist other Treasury Analysts as necessaryIdentify and recommend changes that will enhance or improve current processesMust be proficient in Microsoft ExcelServe as backup support for functions as assignedAssist team leadership with activities as neededSupport special projects and undertake other duties as requestedQualificationsEducation Level: High School Diploma or GED Major: Degree must be from an accredited college or university.Customarily has at least the following experience: 1 yearMust be proficient in excel specific to data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, cost and fee validation, and managing large amounts of data within various excel workbooksConcentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and FlexibilityAbility to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutionsOutstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalismThe ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policiesMinimum of 1 years in an office environment; 2 years preferredExperience working in a high-volume multiple facility operating structure environment is a plusHigh-volume experience with merchant processing is a plusGood interpersonal skillsOral and written communication skillsBasic Math SkillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a personal sense of urgency and attention to detailAdditional DataEmployee Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchMedical, Vision, Prescription, Telehealth, & Dental PlansLife & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffColleague Referral Bonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementCommuter BenefitsDependent Care Spending AccountEmployee DiscountsWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
