Based in Princeton, NJ, the firm emphasizes a pragmatic and efficient approach that prioritizes protecting commercial interests, managing risks, and achieving practical outcomes for its clients.Role DescriptionDeFrancescoLaw is seeking an experienced (4+ years minimum in Trademarks) full-time Trademark Attorney to join our team in a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include advising clients on trademark and intellectual property matters, managing and prosecuting trademark applications, handling trademark disputes, supporting litigation, and providing counsel on domain name issues. The role also involves coordinating cross-border matters, liaising with local and international counsel, and developing strategic solutions to support clients' business objectives.QualificationsExpertise in Trademark Law and Trademark ProsecutionKnowledge of Law and legal principles, particularly in intellectual property litigationExperience with Domain Name dispute resolution and related mattersFamiliarity with Patent Law and overlapping IP rightsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent judgmentDemonstrated ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively with clientsLicensed to practice law in New Jersey (active and in good standing)Experience with international trademark portfolios and cross-border counsel coordination is a plusSalary is commensurate with experience.
