I am looking for a junior hire who can grow with the practice by learning how I work, helping keep matters moving, supporting client and professional relationship development, and gradually taking on more responsibility over time.This is not a large-firm role. The person in this position will work closely with me in a hands-on environment where organization, judgment, writing ability, initiative, and follow-through matter. It is a good opportunity for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, close mentorship, and exposure to both legal work and the business side of building a practice.I am open to candidates from a junior attorney, paralegal, or strong legal support background.
