The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing tax compliance and planning for our clients, ensuring that all tax obligations are met efficiently and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.Research and analyze tax issues and regulations to provide informed recommendations.Assist in the development of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Mentor and train junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.CPA certification is a plus but not required.
