The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care, demonstrating professional excellence and compassion in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.Clinical Interventions: Implement nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care, including standard work for central lines, chest tubes, catheters (foley/suprapubic), and pressure ulcers.Safety: Conduct hourly rounds utilizing the "4 P's" and maintain strict adherence to fall risk and restraint protocols.Professionalism: Exhibit excellent customer relations in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.Medication Management: Ensure appropriate storage and safety of medications, including large-volume IVs and pre-packaged kits.Schedule & Unit DetailsUnit: MedSurg (16039) – Rural Hospital Setting.Weekends: Every other weekend required.Work Location: 10 East Hospital Street, Manning, SC 29102.Single Relevant Follow-up: This facility is a rural hospital with a 1:6 ratio; are you comfortable managing a higher patient load independently, and would you like me to clarify the EMR system used at this location?About Lancesoft IncEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
