Now Hiring | Part-Time Creative & Executive AssistantAustin, TX | Primarily In-Person | Immediate StartHourly PositionSeeking a Part-Time Creative & Executive Assistant based in Central Austin, Texas. This role is primarily in person and requires regular presence in the office. While certain tasks may be completed remotely, this is not a fully remote position.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a professional, client-facing real estate environment. Knowledge of Austin and its market is a strong advantage.There is a strong emphasis on experienced short-form video editing and digital content execution. The right candidate will be social media savvy and possess strong content creator skills, including:• Proven experience editing short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video)• Strong video editing skills with clean transitions, captions, hooks, and pacing• Proficiency in Canva for graphics, templates, and marketing materials• Understanding of platform trends while maintaining a polished, professional tone• Content planning, scheduling, and brand consistency• Strong writing skills with an understanding of voice and positioningThis is not an influencer position. It is a professional support role focused on execution, consistency, and operational excellence.Additional responsibilities include:• Administrative and clerical support• CRM management and database organization• Listing and document coordination• Marketing and operational follow-through• Managing details, anticipating needs, and removing operational tasks from leadershipThe ideal candidate is outgoing, relatable, open to learning, and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work with a CRM system but experience is not necessary. You must be willing to learn new systems. Real Estate experience is preferred, and a real estate license is a plus.This is an hourly position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
