Supported by a professional team and experienced management, the company is committed to delivering projects that clients can trust.Role DescriptionThe Superintendent will oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving any on-site issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, Hawaii.QualificationsProven experience in project management, site supervision, and coordinating construction teams.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance.Experience working on commercial construction projects preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in project scheduling software and basic computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Construction Management Software (Sage 300 CRE, Prolog or similar), Primavera P3, P6, SureTrak, or Procore. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience (5+ years) supporting or supervising increasingly complex construction projects.
