Senior Accountant

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team. This is a hands-on role with strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Perform variance analysis and investigate financial fluctuations Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting Support complex areas including project, lease, and debt accounting Contribute to process improvements and internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadershipQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-track preferred) 4+ years of accounting experience Public accounting or audit experience preferred ERP experience (NetSuite or similar a plus) Strong Excel and analytical skillsBenefits 4 weeks PTO + additional holidays and personal days Medical, dental, vision 403(b) with employer match
