Come work with us in a dynamic environment in which you'll use your passion, technical experience, and strong problem-solving skills.What You'll DoBuild and develop a world-class FP&A teamOwn the annual budget process and other key inputs driving the corporate forecast modelPartner with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requestsEvaluate and drive standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functionsLeverage technology to drive efficiencies across the finance and accounting functionsProvide insightful real-time information to business partners to ensure delivery of EBITDA goalsDesign and coordinate Axon's monthly budget vs actual processOversee the company's Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes to ensure there are no financial surprises and adequate controls existDevelop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboardsAssist with developing Board and C-Team presentationsWhat You BringAdvanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or AccountingMinimum of 10 years of FP&A experience including, but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics in a dynamic environment, supporting both financial and operational decision makersHands-on, roll up the sleeves leadership approach with an ability to manage multiple competing interests in a fast-paced environmentA doer and a teacher. Experience building a team with a strong emphasis on employee developmentUncompromising work ethic and a team first mentalityOperates with a sense of urgency. Aggressive, relentless approach to understanding concepts, taking ownership and driving resultsPassion for forecasting and continuous improvementProven track record of driving cost controls and influencing EBITDA improvementExperience building and managing a teamExperience working with Microsoft D365, Adaptive Planning and WorkdayExcellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leadersSuperb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEntrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Location: Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
