This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in a customer-facing, project management, and nationwide operations role. Job Summary: In this position, you will take a part of our operations team, and you will be working independently with our customers in the State of Florida, throughout the U.S., and beyond! You will play a critical role as our customers revolutionize the way they inspect and monitor vital infrastructure and assets. You will be mainly working in the field and reporting to our West Palm Beach office when not. You will cooperate with the operations, engineering, sales, and marketing teams for the ultimate goal of full product adaptation and paramount customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct deployments, installations, and operation of Percepto’s systems at clients sites Troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain aerial and ground systems. Independently plan and execute assigned activities, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful completion. Follow company procedures and protocols and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure readiness and proper maintenance of all flight and testing equipment and tools Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with schedules and client expectations. Safely conduct operations, adhering to FAA, other local aviation regulations, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific safety protocols Maintain proper documentation of all work performed and timely provide status updates as required.
