Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for professional interaction with customers and vendors. Relationship Management: Perform professional outreach to customers regarding delinquent accounts to ensure positive collections and timely payments. Data Integrity: Maintain precise inventory records by entering incoming shipment data into the internal system. Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to build and maintain clear spreadsheets that help leadership make informed decisions. Team Collaboration: Cross-train with other departments to provide seamless office coverage and support your colleagues.
