HR Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with 2-4 years of human resources experience to support daily HR operations, recruiting activities, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Workday is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and onboardingMaintain and manage candidate information within the ATS systemSupport hiring managers throughout the recruitment processAssist with onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth employee experienceMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport HR programs, policies, and compliance initiativesPrepare HR reports, metrics, and recruiting data as neededRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and proceduresPartner with internal teams to support employee engagement initiativesEnsure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive informationAssist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as assignedQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2-4 years of HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or Human Resources experienceStrong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience with Workday is a plusKnowledge of recruiting processes, onboarding, and HR administrationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and OutlookHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred Skills Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environmentsFamiliarity with HR compliance and employment lawsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all timesBenefitsBenefits include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
