Media Planner
As the Media Planner, your primary focus will be to work with the media team to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns. You will work to provide exceptional results for our media clients. You will be accountable for deeply understanding business priorities, identifying and reaching target audiences, evaluating campaign success, and making strategic suggestions. In this position, you will report to the VP of Media. You will work closely with the media team and other team members at Bullseye.Eastern and Central time zones only, at this time we cannot accept applicants outside of those time zones.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead interactive media campaigns including CPM, CPC, CPL, and numerous retargeting media placementsStrategize and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, ex: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, TripAdvisor, PinterestRich media and online video placementsExecute Programmatic and Direct to Publisher deals / vendors – display, video, and mobile -Lead campaign activation across all of the above mediumsOwn vendor relationships inclusive of generating IOs, sending RFPs, collecting reporting and ongoing campaign managementPartner with account service, creative teams, and external media vendors to determine what specific needs are for interactive advertisingOptimize the campaigns with media vendors ongoingCollaborate with creative teams to ensure creative specifications of the negotiated plan are satisfiedProactively share relevant information about trends in interactive media to the planning group, agency stakeholders, and clientsLead media campaign monitoring with daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance optimizations.Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews reflecting on the prior month/quarter’s successes, insights, and recommendations for upcoming periodLead multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborative spiritMaintain a deep understanding of how advertising, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization work togetherStay on top of emerging trends in order to continuously recommend new ideas/concepts/tactics and formulate innovative strategic plansDefine, document, and implement processes to adapt to evolving digital landscape and ensure the agency stays ahead of the curveWillingness to learn and utilize all available AI tools to improve individual, and team efficienciesSkills And AbilitiesStrong analytics skills and a proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, identify trends, concisely report meaningful findings, and use data to drive strategyExcellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational abilitiesAbility to function in a quick and organized manner and to handle multiple deadlines with proficiency in a fast-paced environmentExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsExperience with Google Marketing Platforms, BI tools, Linkedin Advertising Platform, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), and Google Suite required3+ years of media planning and/or buying experienceEmpathyAdaptabilityResults For a Media Planner Are Measured As FollowsPositive feedback from their clientsPositive feedback from SMEs on the annual reviewPositive feedback from the Media department on the annual reviewAccurate resource planningConsistent quality work across all clients and platformsConsistent and quality reportingMeeting deadlines internally and externallyThe above declarations are not intended to be an "all-inclusive" list of the duties, responsibilities, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
