Texas Licensed Behavior Specialist

A company is looking for a Behavior Specialist to support students receiving Special Education services. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students Train and support teachers in effective behavior management strategies Collaborate with staff and families to ensure compliance with IDEA and district procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field Experience working with students with disabilities Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes Experience working within MTSS frameworks preferred
