Benefits:Incredibly flexible Health Insurance plansEducation ReimbursementPaid time offOpportunities for internal promotions What You'll Do:To provide support to staff and provide telephone interventions to maintain patients safely in their home, including scheduling home visits as needed.Collaborate with Physician practices and hospital staff to influence effective management of patients in their homes.Assess and identify the patient's holistic health care needs.Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management. What You'll Bring:Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing is encouraged.Current CPR card required.One year of recent clinical nursing experience is required.A reliable car with insurance.Come see what we do with a ride-along or job shadow!
