Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employment Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role focuses on providing strategic counsel and hands-on support to corporate clients navigating U.S. employment-based immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1) and immigrant petitions (e.g., EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, compliance, and risk mitigationOversee and prepare petitions, applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)Collaborate with HR teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant filingsStay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policy guidanceSupervise and mentor paralegals and junior staff as neededRepresent clients in communications with government agencies, including USCIS, DOL, and DOSQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)Demonstrated expertise in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processesStrong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and client communication skillsPreferred Qualifications1-3 years of experience in employment-based immigration lawFamiliarity with immigration case management systemsPrior experience working with corporate clients or in a law firm settingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and CLE support
