What You'll Do:Be the friendly first point of contact at the kiosk, and greet customers with energy and confidence. Educate guests about Sparkle's products, wash packages, and membership plans. Promote memberships and upgrades. Deliver professional, friendly service that keeps customers coming back. Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the site running smoothly. Who You Are:Outgoing, energetic, and naturally persuasive - you enjoy talking to people. Professional, reliable, and motivated to hit goals. Thrive in outdoor or on-your-feet environments. Team player who brings positivity to every shift. Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required). Pay & Perks:$15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days ($20/hr start). After 90 days, trained CSRs typically earn well above $5/hr in commission.
