An investment?focused organization is seeking an experienced HCM Business Analyst with strong Dayforce expertise to support its Corporate Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions. This role will begin as a contract with the potential to convert to a permanent position.The HCM Business Analyst will act as a functional expert for the Dayforce platform, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system performance, reporting, and core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
