Apply via Dice today!Business Systems Analyst (Finance Systems)Location: Framingham, MA (Onsite)Duration: 3-month W2 contract (possible extension)Pay Rate: $50–$62/hour (based on experience)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support finance systems, reporting, and process optimization initiatives for a leading organization. This role will partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline workflows, and improve system efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Finance departments and business units to gather requirements for reporting, dashboards, and process improvementsDesign and develop reports using Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power Apps, Fastpath, and SSRSAnalyze and improve business processes and workflows; partner with third parties as needed to implement enhancementsLead initiatives to optimize systems and reduce manual processesProvide expertise in D365 security, roles, permissions, and access aligned with SOX compliance requirementsDevelop functional and technical design documentation for new or updated processes and system customizationsSupport system upgrades and enhancements, including test planning, execution, and debuggingCreate training materials and conduct training sessions for SMEs and end-usersAssist with system administration, including user access, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionPerform additional duties as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience as a Business Systems AnalystAt least 3 years of experience with general ledger and project accounting systemsMinimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools supporting financial operationsPreferred QualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teamsExperience working in SOX-compliant environmentsSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with data warehousing or data lake environments supporting Power BI reportingExposure to AI-driven data/reporting solutions is a plusPrideGlobal and it''s affiliates offers eligible employee''s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it''s affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
