You will work closely with Club teams, CSC partners, and IT to support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of systems used across various in-club functions.This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication skills. You will help ensure new initiatives are executed effectively, systems function as expected, and business partners are supported through change.Job Responsibilities Act as a liaison between Club teams, CSC, and IT partners to support system enhancements, projects, and new technology initiatives impacting club operationsSupport the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring clear communication and ease of execution for club teamsParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of system changes for Club Operations applicationsAssist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentationCreate reports, analysis, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadershipPartner with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing system enhancementsProvide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for operational systems, helping resolve issues related to processes, technology, or dataWork across multiple platforms (SAP and non-SAP systems), demonstrating the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologiesSupport launch and post-implementation activities, including monitoring performance and addressing issues during stabilizationAssist in analyzing data and translating findings into actionable insights to improve operational efficiencyBuild effective working relationships with cross-functional partners across Clubs, CSC, and Field teamsJob QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred.Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail operations, retail management, or a related field.Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and build presentations.Exposure to project work, system implementations, or process improvements is preferredPosition based out of the BJ's CSCUp to 25%+ travel may be requiredOccasional off-hours or weekend support may be needed during key initiatives or system launchesSkills And CompetenciesHigh degree of integrity, humility, and professionalismCustomer focused and respectful of othersMust feel comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel, via email, in person and in small group settingsAn understanding of business process and relevant supply chain relationships that exist within the retail industryMust be detail oriented and understand written/oral instructionsOutstanding planning, organizational, time management, and follow-up skillsMust be able to work flexible hours, including possible night and weekend, when necessaryEnjoy working in a fast-paced, team environmentThis is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
