System Integration/Test Manager

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline such as Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM disciplineActive Secret Security ClearanceExperience leading teams performing test planning, test execution, and test reportingWillingness and ability to mentor junior engineers.Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Job DescriptionAs the Environmental Test Associate Manager on the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design and execute qualification and acceptance tests that ensure missile defense systems meet environmental requirements and perform reliably.Your work will directly support the integration of advanced technologies and the development of solutions that protect people and nations from emerging missile threats.Desired SkillsExperience with unit/subsystem environmental testing (e.g. shock, vibe, thermal, EMI/EMC) and requirements verification.Systems engineering experience with requirement verification, product qualification, and acceptance.Experience with Missile Defense Agency or other large missile programs.Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply standards such as SMC-S-016, AIAA S-080, AIAA S-081, AIAA S-110, AIAA S-113, and AIAA S-114Other Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
