Job DescriptionWe are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Wisconsin. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, delivering hands-on care, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful functional improvements.Provide treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistAdminister therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training activitiesPerform manual therapy techniques as directed, including soft tissue work and mobility-based interventionsAssist with balance training, strengthening programs, and mobility progressionMonitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising Physical TherapistDocument treatments accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR systemEducate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce care plansCollaborate with chiropractors and therapy team to support integrated patient careQualifications:QualificationsActive Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programExperience in outpatient orthopedics, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary settings preferredStrong communication and patient engagement skillsAbility to follow plan of care and provide consistent, high-quality treatmentTeam-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitudeHourly rate: $30.00-$45.00 based on experienceAdditional Information#ZRDisclaimerAll team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
