Pleasant Prairie offers scenic trails, nearby Lake Michigan beaches, family-friendly recreation, and an active community calendar, making it an attractive place to live and work.\n\nIn this role, you will focus primarily on adult outpatient neuro patients, working with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, vestibular disorders and other complex neurologic diagnoses. You will perform detailed evaluations, design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and track patient progress toward functional goals. A typical day includes a mix of initial evaluations, progress assessments and follow-up treatment sessions, with an emphasis on functional mobility, balance, gait training and patient education.\n\nYou will work in a modern, well-equipped outpatient setting designed to support high-quality neurorehabilitation. The clinic offers a variety of treatment spaces and equipment suitable for gait and balance training, strengthening and functional re-training. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that values open communication, shared problem-solving and a supportive atmosphere.
