Corporate Associate (Charleston)

Lateral Link is assisting an AmLaw firm in their search for a midlevel associate to join their Corporate M&A team in Charleston, South Carolina.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of M&A experience at an AmLaw or top boutique firm, with private equity transaction experience preferred.
