Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are spotless and sanitized according to company standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock levels are low. Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the appropriate personnel promptly. Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures related to janitorial work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
