Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottville, MI, for an Industrial Maintenance Specialist. The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing daily equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, repairing and troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring optimal operation of all equipment and systems. The role involves hands-on technical work and adherence to safety protocols within an industrial setting, contributing to the efficient operation of the facility. Qualifications Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniquesExperienced in Maintenance & Repair tasks and general Maintenance workSkilled in diagnosing and Troubleshooting equipment issuesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesKnowledge of industrial safety standards and practicesExperience with food production or agricultural equipment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
