Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Accountant - 5 Days onsite in Marietta, GAPosition Summary:The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to project teams to ensure successful project execution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining organization, documentation accuracy, communication flow, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and organize all project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packagesProcess, track, and log incoming and outgoing submittals, RFIs, and other critical project documentsSupport project scheduling efforts by tracking milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and key timelinesCoordinate communication between field crews, office staff, vendors, subcontractors, and clientsAssist with subcontractor onboarding, ensuring compliance documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9s, and related forms are complete and currentPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item summariesTrack project costs, budgets, and assist with billing documentation and financial reporting as neededEnsure timely collection and accurate entry of daily reports, timesheets, and material logsSupport safety documentation, reporting, and compliance trackingMaintain organized project files in accordance with internal standards and client requirementsQualifications:2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, AIA Billing, WIP reporting, and Percentage of completionStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management or document control software is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in construction, engineering, or a related industry preferredWork Environment:This position may involve collaboration with both office and field personnel and requires consistent communication across departments and external partners.Benefits offered- Health, Dental, Vision, Holiday pay, and PTO
