We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.Role – Salesforce Lead/ Technical/ Solution ArchitectLocation – Washington, DC (Hybrid 3 Days a week)Mode – ContractSeeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in LWC, Apex, Salesforce Financial Service Cloud or nCino skill.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to enhance functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SFDC integration across platforms.Manage SFDC configuration to optimize system performance and user accessibility.Drive innovation by leveraging SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive interfaces.Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable to support long-term business growth.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC solutions to ensure clarity and continuity.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with Salesforce knowledge.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve solutions.Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience.QualificationsStrong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Financial Service Cloud or nCino skill.Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
