The role involves performing preventive and routine maintenance, managing the upkeep of buildings, HVAC, addressing repair needs across the facility. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, and assisting in maintaining the overall safety, function, and efficiency of the facility's infrastructureQualificationsStrong skills in Facility Management (FM) and managing day-to-day operational needs of an acute care hospital and medical office buildingsProficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance tasksCompetence in repairing and maintaining Plumbing systemsExperience in Carpentry and general repair workProblem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities for various maintenance challengesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsJourneyman and HVAC certifications is a plus
