CRNA needed in Boise, IDPractice Setting: Hospital basedTrauma Level: IIShifts: 8 or 10 or 12-hour day shifts.Call: Weekend call work (pager, not in-house)Case Mix: Trauma cases - Spinal blocks (no regional anesthesia). Must be proficient in OB care and working independently. Patient Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90% of the patients are over the age of 12.# of OR's: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology Staffing Mix/Supervision: Independent EMR System: EPICCredentialing Time-Frame: 90 daysRate: $190-$205/hr OT Rate: $205-$220/hrWeeknight Call: $350 flat per nightly call shift + OT hourly rate for each hour called inWeekend Call: $700 flat per 24-hour call shift + OT hourly rate for each hour called inCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR and ID license required
