In this role, you'll sit at the center of our operations-partnering with Engineering, IT, Quality, Operations, and Safety teams to create, control, and continuously improve the documents that keep our organization running smoothly and compliantly.If you enjoy collaborating with subjectmatter experts, bringing order to information, and owning documentation from creation through approval and revision, this role offers both visibility and impact .What You'll DoTranslate complex technical processes into clear, userfriendly documentation for employees, customers, and auditorsDevelop and maintain procedures, manuals, technical instructions, reports, and training materialsInterview and collaborate with subjectmatter experts across Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality, EHS, and Health PhysicsOwn document control and records management processes, ensuring accuracy, version control, and securityManage the master document list and oversee revisions throughout the document lifecycleReceive, validate, file, retrieve, and archive controlled documentsSupport internal and external quality audits by ensuring documentation is complete, current, and compliantContinuously improve documentation structure, clarity, and consistency across the organizationWhat Makes You a Great FitYou're a strong communicator who can explain technical content clearly-both in writing and conversationYou understand how documentation supports quality systems, compliance, and daily operationsYou're highly organized and comfortable managing multiple documents, deadlines, and prioritiesYou can work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teamsYou tailor content to your audience-operators, engineers, leadership, or auditorsRequired QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computing softwareFamiliarity with document control and records management practicesStrong technical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and manage competing prioritiesComfortable communicating across all levels of the organizationPreferred Experience QualificationExperience in a manufacturing, engineering, or regulated environmentPrior exposure to quality systems, audits, or compliance documentationWhy This Role MattersThis position plays a critical role in quality, compliance, and operational excellence .
