This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple project deadlines, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with project teams and business stakeholders to analyze needs and customize solutions.Design, develop, and maintain large-scale web and database applications.Complete all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and support.Record work progress on a weekly basis and provide accurate documentation.Support and maintain multiple concurrent projects and meet project deadlines.Manage and oversee the implementation of multi-part system projects.Ensure software is developed with clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Required Skills & ExperienceFull Stack .NET Development with SQL Server expertise.Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.Proficiency in C# and familiarity with .NET Framework and .NET Core.Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles.Experience developing web applications, databases, and hosting environments.Familiarity with SQL and CSS for database and UI development.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.Desired / Preferred Skills & Experience3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred).Experience developing cloud-integrated or multi-tier applications.Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs.Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Experience integrating reporting or analytics tools.Understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.Experience in automotive or financial services industries.
