The position combines hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support with project coordination, preventative maintenance development, vendor management, and facility improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate is a hands-on facilities and maintenance professional who is comfortable troubleshooting systems, managing priorities across multiple sites, and driving preventative maintenance and reliability efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities & Maintenance OperationsSupport day-to-day maintenance and facility operations across owned and leased locationsAssist with maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, boiler, and other facility systemsPerform and coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve reliabilitySupport facility cleanliness, organization, and operational readinessPartner with Operations, EHS, and Production teams to resolve maintenance and facility-related issuesPreventative Maintenance & ReliabilityDevelop, improve, and maintain preventative maintenance procedures and schedules using CMMS systemsMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and asset documentationIdentify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance practicesRecommend and implement facility and equipment improvementsFacilities Projects & Vendor CoordinationSupport facility improvement, renovation, and capital project activitiesAssist with project scoping, budgeting, bid review, and contractor coordinationManage outside vendors and service providers supporting maintenance and facility operationsTravel periodically to other Zurn Elkay locations to support facility-related initiatives and projectsFacility Layouts & InfrastructureUtilize CAD software to maintain facility, warehouse, and racking layoutsSupport management of facility infrastructure changes, including racking layouts and weight restrictionsAssist with space planning and facility modifications as neededQualifications & RequirementsAssociate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field preferredEquivalent hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a skilled trade environment will also be consideredExperience supporting industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial facility operationsStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, or industrial systemsExperience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CAD softwareAbility to write and maintain preventative maintenance procedures and documentationStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS)Experience integrating technology into facility operationsExperience supporting facility layouts, racking systems, or infrastructure planningJourneyman license or relevant trade certifications a plusTotal Rewards and BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life InsuranceMatching 401(k) ContributionHealth Savings AccountUp to 3 weeks starting Vacation (may increase with tenure)12 Paid HolidaysAnnual Bonus EligibilityEducational ReimbursementMatching Gift ProgramEmployee Stock Purchase Plan – purchase company stock at a discount!**THIRD PARTY AGENCY: Any unsolicited submissions received from recruitment agencies will be considered property of Zurn Elkay, and we will not be liable for any fees or obligations related to those submissions.**Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
