Title: Technical Program Manager (Contractor) – Data SolutionsRemote About the RoleTechnical Program Managers (TPMs) play a critical role at Salesforce, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within Technology, Marketing & Products organizations. TPMs are responsible for programs from beginning to end, streamlining processes and fostering effective communication. They work closely with executives and key stakeholders to drive strategic programs and business initiatives.The Data Solutions organization within Digital Enterprise Technology manages data infrastructure, platforms, metrics, algorithms, automations, and activations supporting AI agents and channel platforms. This TPM role will drive and execute programs across three key pillars:• Customer Success • Sales Domain • Marketing, Automation & C360 PlatformThe role focuses on enabling trusted data for decision-making, empowering agents and automation, and leveraging data to drive business actions and activations.About You• Ability to wear multiple hats and manage competing priorities • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments • Capable of balancing tactical execution and strategic planning • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer-focused mindset • Thrives in highly collaborative and transparent environmentsKey Responsibilities• Lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery. • Align teams on vision, business objectives, release planning, and program scope. • Drive software engineering programs using Agile methodologies and technical expertise. • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive reviews. • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, UX, CX, and Scrum teams. • Manage dependencies across multiple teams, organizations, and business units. • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, blockers, and program issues. • Provide monthly program status updates, sprint reviews, and executive communications. • Build collaborative environments that encourage innovation and execution excellence. • Create structure, organization, and clarity in complex environments.Required Qualifications• 7+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Enterprise Software experience. • 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product development lifecycles. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to establish credibility with senior leadership and technical teams. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing portfolios, programs, and cross-functional initiatives. • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical domains. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Salesforce Platform. • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360. • Experience with Tableau. • Experience supporting Data Engineering and Data Science teams. • Knowledge of AI, Automation, and Enterprise Data Platforms.Program ScopeCustomer Success Pillar (30%)• Drive Customer Success Score initiatives. • Support Product Adoption, Customer Expertise, and Technical Health scoring models. • Manage planning processes and execution cycles. • Coordinate Product Owners, Data Science, and Engineering teams. • Resolve risks and blockers while maintaining delivery commitments.Sales Data Science Pillar (30%)• Support Sales Intelligence and AI-driven seller experiences. • Manage roadmap planning and cross-functional impacts. • Drive execution across Pods and RIS teams. • Lead migration initiatives and operational process improvements. • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Data Science, and Engineering teams.C360 Platform Program (40%)• Coordinate engineering, product, and platform teams. • Manage execution plans, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. • Track program progress and communicate status updates. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks. • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders and workstreams.Core SkillsTechnical Program Management Program Delivery Portfolio Management Agile / Scrum SaaS Product Development Stakeholder Management Executive Communication Risk Management Roadmap Planning Data Engineering Data Science Salesforce Platform Salesforce Data Cloud Data 360 Tableau AI & Automation Programs Cross-Functional Leadership Release Planning Dependency Management Strategic Planning SDLCThanks & Regards, Manish Kumar Sr. IT Recruiter/BDMYotta Systems INCEmail: manish@yottasys.com
