Are you living your life's work?Penn Medicine is seeking a full-time, day shift, Ambulatory/Retail Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP).Summary:+ The Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator ("PCC") primary responsibility is the management of the Unit Based Clinical Pharmacists ("UBCP"s) and their professional practice. This includes the recruitment, training and evaluation of new UBCPs as required. In addition, the PCC duties will include the daily management of unit specific issues regarding pharmacy practice, and the support of clinical pharmacist activities and concerns. The PCC, in conjunction with the Associate Director for Professional Practice, will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of various clinical programs throughout the department, including activities such as therapeutic drug monitoring, quality assurance, and medication and safety initiatives.
