Our client, a mission driven non profit organization, is seeking an Interim Project Manager! The Interim Project Manager will support the human resources team navigate change management and track various initiatives and implementations.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and dependency managementAllocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials. Monitor project expenses, track budgets, etc.Maintain open and clear communication with project stakeholders, keeping informed about project progress, milestones, and potential issuesManage and adapt to changes that may arise, assess and adjust project plan accordinglyRepresent team in fielding queries, building project plans, and aligning stakeholder expectations with operational feasibilitiesMonitor progress against goals, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategiesEstablish and refine workflows that improve transparency, efficiency, and cross-team collaborationTrack key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholdersTranslate complex project details into concise, actionable insightsIdentify and escalate risks, provide recommendations appropriately to support informed decision-makingIdentify gaps in workflows and implement improvements that strengthen cross-team collaborationContribute to the evolution of the organization’s project management framework, identifying areas for improvementRequirements:Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impactStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in human resourcesProficiency with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, etc.)Preferred Skills:PMP or equivalent certification preferredCompensation: $38-42/hrSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
